We are looking for an operations manager at Voss mountain range Rongastovo this summer. There is also the possibility of extra shifts during the rest of the year. The operations manager is responsible for the whole of Rongastovo. Everything from booking and customer management to rooms and dining. You have to be customer-oriented and ready to make a good start, but there are also great opportunities for nice walks and nature experiences. There are shifts of 4/5 days at work and 4/5 days off.

It is an advantage if you have experience from working with people, preferably from accommodation, but there is no condition.

Voss Fjellstove Rongastovo is a guest house with 11 rooms / 40 beds in Bordalen by Vossafjellet towards Hardanger and Gråsiden. The area has fantastic hiking opportunities with phenomenal nature experiences and offers activities such as horseback riding, electric bikes off-road, Jaccuzi, guided tours etc.
